We got up at 5am this morning as we went through Le`Mares which is a narrow channel between 2000m mountains. This was our first real sight of Antarctica. This line of mountains (pictured below) was one of my favourite pictures. The mountain ranges looked spectacular and I saw my first Avalanche it was amazing how fast it travelled. This was one of the best days of my life. just amazing. Words just can't describe how I feel.
